It’s a great location. This hotel is pretty old I think and has a lot of history, but it’s not the most up-to-date or modern.
We were so happy and comfortable during our stay here. The service was amazing and the rooms were nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and clean. Pet friendly (please pickup after your dogs so it's not all on the staff). We will definitely be back whether we're in a jam or just need a quick get away. Thank you so much for being so great and helping us in our time of need :) We loved going down for the breakfast buffet with Ms. Claudia, good food and conversation.
I had an amazing stay at Chester Hotel & Conference Center! The hospitality was top-notch, and every part of my experience was well beyond expectations. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Vyshu and KJ, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Vyshu was incredibly warm and welcoming, making sure I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. KJ was equally fantastic with great professionalism and a friendly attitude. The hotel’s attention to detail and the wonderful staff made my stay memorable. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience!
My partner and I stay here quite often, and we always have a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly hospitable! Shout out to Vyshu at the front desk, she always takes extra good care of us. Thank you Chester Hotel & Conference Center!
Pros: 1. super awesome price, can’t ask for more 2. Staff were very extraordinary friendly and helpful. Shout out to the girl who lend me her hair dryer, she the best 3. They provide free hot water, tea bags and hot coffee in the hall way, super considerate. I’m an Asian I need to drink hot stuff, super happy with it 4. Good location. Their are close to Philly and Lancaster, will stay there again next time. There’s good restaurants gas stations and groceries nearby, def convenient to all. 5. Felt safe live there as a solo traveler. 6. They have refrigerator and microwave in the room, thumbs up 7. All things are clean 8. Breakfast is $7 which is not bad Cons: 1. Facilities were bit old, but with the price it is pretty considerable 2. The last night I stayed there I can hear neighbors partying…. The building is a little old I guess …
The hotel is great! It’s quiet, rooms are a good size! Definitely getting the price you pay for! The updated bathrooms were a great touch! The breakfast is good ! The keep up with the coffee which is a plus if you have work to do! Beds are comfortable! Nice big outdoor pool for summer!
I love this hotel, for the price it's just right, the rooms are always clean and it's a great location. The staff is very nice especially Vashu, she's so helpful and patiently accommodating. A really nice clean pool for the summer. This is my go-to when I'm in the area
I stayed two nights and it's was nice. The hotel was very accommodating when we needed extra pillows and things for the room. The rooms are a little dated but they keep it very nice and for the price I would stay again. Overall great stay!
